Shipping
We ship domestically, to the UK and EU. If you are outside these areas and are interested in buying from us please contact us at sales@everestmusic.com where we will be happy to try and facilitate you.

Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If not, you will be contacted with information of when you can expect your delivery.
See below for approximate delivery times:

Ireland: 2-4 working days
UK: 3-7 working days
Rest of EU: 5-10 working days

As we use couriers to deliver our goods, all deliveries must be signed for. A tracking number can be provided informing you of the status of your order. Delivery to PO boxes is not possible. We use DPD couriers who provide an excellent service nationwide. As of October 2011 we have agreed with DPD, in the event that there is nobody at the delivery address they will then attempt to 'Deliver to Neighbour'. If you do not wish to deliver to neighbour you must notify us of this request.

Delivery Charges
We at Everest Music have made every effort to keep our delivery charge as low as possible. See the chart below for applicable delivery charges:

Ireland: Flat Rate of just 5 Euro per order
UK: 5 - 100 Euro depending on size of items
Rest of EU: 10 - 125 Euro depending on size of items
Rest of World: 15 - 150 Euro depending on size of items.


Cancellation & Returns Policy
Everest Music wants you to be happy every time you shop with us. So, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a complete refund within 14 days from the day your order was received. This is on the condition that the product* is retuned undamaged in its original packaging. Write to admin@everesstmusic.com and submit your order number as well as information about how we can contact you. When we have received the returned goods and approved the return we will then credit your account for the entire amount you have paid - excluding return shipping costs.

*This excludes products such as strings, reeds, harmonicas, drum heads, tin whistles, recorders, wind instruments, drumsticks, cleaners, polishes UNLESS they are defective OR unopened AND unused.

Faulty goods
Should you receive a damaged or defective item from us, we will offer you a choice of:

A prompt replacement.
A full refund.
An alternative item of the same value.

In order to return the product, please contact us at admin@everestmusic.com for information on how best to do so. Submit your order number as well as information about the fault. We may arrange for the product to be collected or ask you to return it to us (you will be refunded the shipping costs). When we have approved the return we will then credit your account for the entire amount you paid.
