In-Store Collection at Everest Music
Order Online. Collect in Bray.
Purchasing a larger instrument? At Everest Music & Piano Centre, we offer convenient in-store collection for selected products, particularly larger and heavier instruments that are not suitable for standard courier delivery.
Secure your instrument online, complete your payment at checkout, and we'll email you when your order is ready for collection.
How Does In-Store Collection Work?
1. Choose Your Instrument
Browse our website and add your chosen instrument to your basket. Collection is available for selected products, including certain digital pianos, larger keyboards and other oversized instruments.
2. Complete Your Order Online
At checkout, products designated for collection will show Pick Up In Store as their fulfilment method.
Smaller products eligible for delivery can be purchased in the same order and will be dispatched separately to your chosen address.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout. Collection from our Bray store is free.
Complete your payment securely online to place your order.
3. Wait for Your Collection Email
Once your order has been processed and your instrument is ready, we'll send you an email confirming that it is available for collection.
Preparation times may vary depending on the product and stock availability.
Please do not travel to the store until you receive this confirmation.
4. Collect from Our Bray Store
Once you've received your collection-ready email, visit us during our opening hours.
Please bring your order confirmation email and a form of identification. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please contact us in advance.

During summer (approximately July to the end of August),
Christmas, Easter and other school holidays,
we close at 6pm Monday to Saturday.

Ordering Multiple Items?
You can now order collection-only instruments and smaller items for home delivery in the same transaction. There's no need to place separate orders.
How Mixed Orders Work
If your basket contains a large instrument designated for collection alongside smaller products eligible for delivery, the items will be handled separately.
For example: If you purchase a digital grand piano and a set of headphones:
- Digital Grand Piano: Collection from Everest Music & Piano Centre, Bray.
- Headphones: Dispatched to your delivery address.
- Delivery Charge: €7.50 for the headphones.
- Collection Charge: Free.
Both items can be purchased together in one checkout. We'll contact you when your collection-only item is ready, while your delivery items will be dispatched separately.
Collecting a Large Instrument?
Larger digital pianos and keyboards may be supplied in substantial or heavy cartons.
We recommend checking the packaged dimensions of your instrument before travelling, to ensure it will fit safely in your vehicle.
If you're unsure about the size or weight of an instrument, please contact us before collection.
Free Customer Parking
Free parking is available behind our store.
We're located at the end of Dargle Road, near its junction with Dublin Road in Bray. The car park entrance is on the Dargle Road side of the building.
