Our dispatch times depend on where your item is stocked. Each product page displays an estimated dispatch timeframe:
- Online Store Stock: Normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Warehouse Stock: Normally dispatched within 5–7 working days.
Most orders are delivered by DPD, typically within 1 working day after dispatch in Ireland.
Please note that dispatch times are estimates and do not include courier transit time. If an unexpected delay occurs, we'll contact you with an update.
Standard tracked delivery within Ireland costs €7.50 per order for eligible products.
We use DPD for most nationwide deliveries. Larger or heavier instruments may require special delivery arrangements or collection from our Bray store.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information where available.
You can use the tracking details to follow your parcel's progress with the courier.

Yes, we offer free local delivery on selected larger digital pianos to eligible addresses in Dublin and County Wicklow.
Digital pianos weighing over 40 kg when packaged are generally unsuitable for standard courier delivery.
For customers outside our local delivery area, these larger models are available for free in-store collection from Everest Music & Piano Centre in Bray.
Please check the individual product listing or contact us to confirm the available delivery arrangements.
In-store collection is available for selected products, including larger digital pianos and other instruments that cannot be shipped through our standard courier service.

Our Bray music shop is open during school terms:
- Monday–Thursday: 10am–8pm
- Friday–Saturday: 10am–6pm
- Sunday: Closed
During July and August, Christmas, Easter and other school holidays, we close at 6pm Monday to Saturday.
Public holiday opening hours may vary.
Free customer parking is available behind our store, with access from Dargle Road.
