Vintage Tone, Modern Bracing

The D-28 Refreshed features forward-shifted Golden Era scalloped bracing, inspired by pre-war Martin guitars built between 1929 and 1942. This historic design allows the spruce top to resonate with greater freedom, delivering a warm, aged tone right out of the box. The result is a dynamic, articulate sound with exceptional clarity and sustain—ideal for both strumming and fingerstyle.

Enhanced Playability with Contemporary Comfort

Play longer and more comfortably thanks to subtle yet meaningful updates. The slimmed-down fingerboard with a soft bevelled edge provides a more natural feel under the fingers, while the GE modern belly bridge has rounded edges for a relaxed picking-hand position. These enhancements reduce fatigue during extended sessions while retaining the look and spirit of a classic D-28.
