The Ltd Edition Vintera 50s Mod Telecaster is capable of providing legendary 1950s sound to your playing. It's equipped with a pair of special Custom Shop pickups, both designed to provide an old school tone that's unique and distinctive. The Vintage-Style bridge pickup delivers classic single-coil bite, sharp and defined - and ready to make your lead lines sound amazing. A "Twisted" neck pickup adds extra thickness to your tone, making your chords sound huge.

The old school sound may be desirable, but the sound quality of the fifties certainly isn't. Fortunately, things have moved on since then - unpleasant crackle and unwanted feedback has been eliminated by the modern design of these pickups. Your playing will sound pure, clear, and completely as you intend it to be heard.

But the narrow, hard edges of these old neck profiles often made for awkward and uncomfortable playing. With their "thick soft V", Fender have maintained the fast playing feel of the "V" shape, but rounded off the edges and made the neck chunkier, ensuring maximum comfort while you're playing.
