Using Hipshot’s Grip-Lock™ system, strings are securely clamped for precise and stable tuning, while the UMP™ (Universal Mount Plate) allows installation without drilling, modifying, or damaging your headstock. Only a 10mm wrench is required, and your original tuners can be reinstalled at any time.
