Korala Ukulele Bass - Flamed Okume Wood UKBB-310-E with EQ and Tuner
The Bass ukulele is relatively new to the ukulele scene. They are generally built on a baritone body, fitted with strings made from a special plastic compound that assures superior performance. They sound completely different to any other ukulele you've ever heard before! The bass ukulele is best played through an amplifier to hear this uke at its best. When plugged in, the ukulele bass produces a sound that rivals any full sized bass guitar or upright bass! Small enough to fit into your suitcase, but with a sound that's big.
Korala Flamed Okume Wood Ukulele Bass – Great value and sound!
This Korala bass ukulele has a okume body, which has been flamed. This gives the Korala bass ukulele a stand out appearance. Its complemented with tortoiseshell binding and an abalone sound-hole rosette. The rosewood fingerboard with a scale of 32 cm has markers both on and down the side. Die-cast low ratio machine heads ensure accurate tuning and the addition of a truss rod results in a secure and stable neck.
The strings fitted to the Korala UKBB-310 are Aquila Thundergut bass strings. These strings are made with our special plastic compound that assures superior performance next to the common polyurethane bass ukulele strings available in the market. Fast intonation, no sweet finger's slip on the strings, powerful performances.
The Ukulele Bass comes fitted with a Belcat tuner and pickup system which offers bass and treble controls on sliders, alongside a volume knob.
