Authentic rotary sound in a compact design

Using next-generation BOSS modelling, the RT-2 recreates the organic interplay of spinning rotors and natural air movement. The result is a full rotary experience in a streamlined stompbox that fits effortlessly onto any pedalboard.

Three expressive tone modes

A three-way selector gives you access to a classic rotary voice plus two modern variations. Switch between traditional organ-style modulation, wide stereo textures, and high-definition drive-heavy tones—perfect for anything from atmospheric layers to soaring leads.

Flexible control for dynamic playing

The onboard footswitch features four operation modes for instant control of speed, bypass, and more. Add external footswitches or an expression pedal to unlock advanced features like brake control and continuous adjustment of level, drive, balance, and speed—ideal for live performance.

Drive and balance with vintage character

A dedicated Drive knob adds warm, tube-like saturation to your signal. Alternatively, a rear-panel switch reassigns this control to balance the treble and bass rotor volumes, letting you shape your tone with precision. All settings are automatically saved, so you’re always ready to play.
