Sire Larry Carlton X6H7 7-String Headless Electric Guitar – Matt Blue Swirl

Unique Matt Blue Swirl Finish

One of the standout features of this X6H7 is its spectacular Matt Blue Swirl finish.

The swirling blue pattern creates a dramatic modern appearance perfectly suited to the X Series' headless body shape.

Each Blue Swirl finish is unique, meaning the exact pattern and appearance will vary slightly from guitar to guitar.

No two are exactly alike.

Sire X-Headless Lightweight Body

The X6H7 features Sire's contemporary X-Headless body shape, constructed from mahogany with a maple top.

Designed specifically for Sire's headless range, the compact and carefully balanced body helps reduce unnecessary weight and player fatigue while retaining excellent resonance and sustain.

The result is a guitar that feels comfortable whether you're playing seated, standing on stage or working through a long studio session.

Multi-Scale 7-String Neck

The X6H7 uses a 25.5" to 26.5" multi-scale design.

The first string uses a familiar 25.5" scale while the low 7th string extends to 26.5", providing additional tension and definition where it's needed most.

This helps keep the low register tight and articulate – particularly useful for extended-range playing, modern metal and lower tunings.

The hard maple neck features a comfortable C-shaped profile, while the rosewood fingerboard uses Sire's signature Edgeless™ rolled fretboard edges for a smooth, played-in feel.

24 Stainless Steel Frets

The X6H7 is fitted with 24 medium-jumbo stainless steel frets.

Stainless steel provides excellent durability and a particularly smooth playing surface, making bends, vibrato and fast lead work feel effortless while considerably reducing fret wear.

Combined with the modern 16" fingerboard radius, the X6H7 is designed for fast and comfortable contemporary playing.

LC Modern Humbucker-7 Pickups

The X6H7 is powered by Sire's LC Modern Humbucker-7 pickup set, developed specifically for the company's 7-string headless guitars.

Voiced around Larry Carlton's tonal preferences, these humbuckers produce a warm, powerful and dynamic sound while maintaining the low-noise performance associated with humbucking pickups.

The streamlined control layout features:

• 5-Way Pickup Selector

• Master Volume

• Master Tone

From powerful rhythm sounds and tight low-string riffs to articulate cleans and smooth lead tones, the X6H7 offers plenty of tonal flexibility.

Sire Headless Tremolo-7 Bridge

The purpose-designed Sire Headless Tremolo-7 Bridge integrates the guitar's tuners below the bridge plate.

This provides precise tuning adjustment while maintaining the compact dimensions and excellent balance of the headless design.

The system is engineered for excellent tuning stability while contributing to strong sustain and resonance.
