Marcus Blue Humbucker Pickups

The M2+ features a pair of Marcus Blue humbuckers, designed to deliver a powerful, full-bodied sound with strong and defined midrange.

Combined with the Heritage-3 electronics, the dual-humbucker setup makes this bass extremely versatile for rock, funk, pop, metal, fusion and much more.

Sire Edgeless™ Hard Maple Fingerboard

The Transparent Blue version features a hard maple fingerboard with Sire's signature Edgeless™ rolled fretboard edges.

By rounding the fingerboard edges, Sire creates a smoother, more comfortable played-in feel straight out of the box.

The Canadian hard maple neck uses a comfortable C-shaped profile, while the 12" radius fingerboard and 24 medium frets provide a modern playing feel across the entire neck.

For the 5-string M2+, Sire uses a 35" scale length, helping provide improved tension, clarity and definition on the low B string.

Marcus Standard Bass Bridge

The Marcus Standard Bass Bridge uses steel construction and provides the option of body-through stringing.

This gives players additional setup flexibility while contributing to the M2+'s excellent sustain and solid response.
